IS THERE A RELATION BETWEEN MARMA THERAPY AND YOGA?
IMarma therapy and yoga along with Ayurveda help us stay healthy and joyful.
The world needs to stay well-equipped to fight the lifestyle disorders in modern life.
Sufferings are stress generated. Competitiveness, ambitions, goals, and jealousy leads to helplessness and anxiety resulting in misery and distress.
Marma therapy and yoga together can do wonders. Joy and exuberance all reside within, we just need to open the doors to them. The health of a human and the quality of life both can be improved with Marma therapy. It is helpful in achieving equilibrium, harmony, and balance in day-to-day life. Asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, bandhas, mudras, and dhyana, are the various groups of yoga that act as catalysts in this process.
So what are we waiting for?

A lover of life and its divine details, I chose many professions, but writing chose me. The word infinity has always stirred a quiet wonder in me, about where we come from, where we’re going, and what lies beyond. It is this wonder that fuels my words.
A certified life coach, dentist, nutritionist, dietitian, content creator, and French language enthusiast, I wear many hats, but at heart, I’m a seeker. A seeker of meaning, of beauty, of the unseen stories that surround us. To me, life is not a destination, but a sacred process of continuous learning, feeling, and unfolding.
This space, Poetry and Fitness, is where my passions meet: emotional well-being, physical health, parenting reflections, and poetic expression. Through every post, every poem, and every quote, I hope to spark thought, healing, and a sense of connection.
Thank you for being here. Let’s grow, heal, and rise together.
